AG Mobile Chrome Ultra. Android Kitkat 4.4 I think.
Have tried:

  • Enabling USB debugging, does nothing.
  • Rebooting with device connected to pc
  • Uninstalling driver and pugging the phone back in

Hey - Follow the steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1502/Hard-Reset-Ag-Chrome-Ultra with only one exception and that is on step 4. Instead of 'Wipe data/factory reset' choose 'Wipe cache partition.' and then reboot the phone and retry after that. A hard reset may be necessary.
