Hi. As opposed to the IMEI supplied, We will need the brand and model name of your device to be able to best assist. This model name must be written on the same plastic sticker you copied the IMEI from. Do let us know. You are looking for something like: AG Chrome Swift, Mobicel Retro, Alcatel OT 4016, etc.
