The reason for this problem is either corrupt user data or operating system files (Android himself). Press the reset button and observe, if that does not fix the issue, then please follow the data wipe instructions on this link http://satechhelp.co.za/1214/Hard-Reset-Vodafone-Smart-Tab-3g to hard reset the tablet to factory default. If the issue persist, then you will need to perform a firmware flashing as per the tutorial here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/6361/Flash-Vodacom-Smart-Tab-3g
