Hey - We are looking into this and mean to advise shortly... OK - this may be a Google Play or Download Manager issue. What you can do is to download the 'My Data Manager' app .apk file from here http://aff.giveawaycrew.com/d.php?p=28989&i=com.mobidia.android.mdm&v=5.8.5 and try to install it as per the tutorial here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/2256/Install-Apk-Android and observe. Do kindly report back.
