Hi. Press and hold the power button to force shutdown the tablet and the follow the reset steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/5448/Reset-Telefunken-Telc-73giq-Tablet-Forgot-Pattern-Password and kindly report back.

I hear. Did you otherwise manage to reset attempt the reset steps. Did the reset complete successfully or not?

the same message is still displaying on the screen. its like it has freezed

Oh - my mistake, you are to press and hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds - let us know

OK - Please inspect the edges and back of the tablet to a reset button pin hole - push the same with a pin or money clipper end.

Understood though strange. If you are still under warranty, have the receipt and prefers, then you could arrange and take the tablet back to you retailer to avail free service. Otherwise, you will need open its back cover and manually break the circuit by detaching at least one battery lead reattach it and try powering the tab back up and observe.
