Hey Johan, I will suggest you start off by try to charge the battery some other ways as the battery may simply have drained and you were working on it -  see the hack here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1486/Resurrect-Phone-Battery-Charge

Load the scatter file > connect the phone without the battery > click Download to start the flashing > quickly connect the battery - that shot place it on download mode for  a moment allowing the SP Tool pickup. Because timing is crucial, you may have to do this several times before you finally get it right. Assuming you have the MTK VCOM USB drivers installed.

Hi there

Genius, it worked like a charm. Thank you very much.

Just one other thing tho, when I try to install cwm recovery, it tell's me to mount SD card which it is, but it shows some content on my SD and some don't, any idea why? I rooted with kingroot again and it says I am, but some apps say I'm not rooted. Confused much...

Sorry for the delayed reply. Flash the CWM here http://www.mediafire.com/download/ngmjhwnaf84qvn5/CWMrecoveryV2.img and observe (provided it is not the one with issues). Also try another rooting program like GeniusRoot
