If the reset here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4644/Reset-Vodafone-Protect-Pin-Online-South-Africa did not work for you, then kindly comment below with the exact mode number (manufacturer name and model number/name) and we will try and advice as to how you can factory reset the device to clear both the Vodafone Protect PIN and all user data.
