Because Moneyline is a third party company not directly linked to SASSA and subject to National Credit Act, they are bound to have terms necessary to be fullfilled prior to awarding a loan. And also, the loan amount one can apply for depends largely on the social grant amount receivable each month (e.g. to get R500 loan you need to be receiving R660/m) As a last resort, you may need to try and call their support center to better understand the cause of the decline if you are sure you are not requesting a loan amount that is NOT propotional to your monthly grant amount.
