Cherry tab loses network

Hi I'm Kholi, I had Mobicel Cherry Tab  bought in South Africa so I had to relocate to US and had to change network service it worked for few minutes and loses the network I don't know what the problem is. Please help I love my tablet

Hi. What US carrier are you using it with? We will need to try and look into frequency band supported by the Mobicel Cherry Tablet vs the US frequency bands to isolate the possible cause. Also, is it a poor signal or a complete disconnection followed by a reconnection (registering to network) kind of an issue. Kindly comment below with these pieces of info and we will try and assist further.
