Hi I tried to re register with id number, card number and pin but it says is incorrect. Please assist.

Hi. Unfortunately, this usually means that either one of the said pieces of info is entered incorrectly or the cell number you are trying to register from is not recognised (or not the same as the one SASSA has in their records) - in which case you would need to visit your nearest SASSA office to update your profile with the new number first.

Hi it worked but then it just asked to register again, my details are still the same nothing changed. I used umoya manje about a week ago and it worked.

Very odd :( - Then there must be a glitch from Net1 (Zazoo LTD) system's end. You would therefore have to try emailing their support center for the best account on this. Email your query to info@zazooltd.com (or socialgrantqueries@net1.com)
