Hi. If this is a

  1. SIM PIN, enter an incorrect one 3 times and phone your service provider for the PUK
  2. Screen lock PIN, then we will need your phone's brand/make and model number to be able to assist with factory reset steps (this info is normally located on a white sticker under the battery.
  3. Vodafone Protect PIN, then see http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4644/Reset-Vodafone-Protect-Pin-Online-South-Africa
