Hi. Sorry for the delayed reply. You are to follow the steps below to withdraw money from an ATM. When in from of an ATM:

1. Insert your ATM card with the black line side facing down (and on the far right side)
2. You will be prompted to enter your PIN - press the green 'Proceed' button when done
3. Press the button that is next to 'Withdraw Cash' from the buttons locate on either side the ATM screen/display
4. Press the one that is next to 'Other amounts'
5. Type the amount of money you are withdrawing using the buttons you used to enter you ATM PIN and press the green 'Proceed' button when done. (if you want R300, just type 300)
6. You will be expected to choose the bank account type you are using - press the button next to 'Savings' (unless if you are sure you have a different account type)
7. Wait as the requested amount gets ready to be tendered to you
8. You will then be expected to receive your ATM card first
9. Then comes your money
10. You may be asked if you need a receipt or not. Press the button next to either Yes or No depending on whether you would like the receipt or not.
