Hi. Try to follow the directions here http://satechhelp.co.za/590/how-to-hard-reset-the-zte-switch-factory-defaults and choose "Wipe Cache" instead on "Wipe data/factory reset" > the reboot the phone and observe. If the freezing continues after that, then go ahead and "Wipe data/factory reset" as per the directions on the same link above and all should be well. Only note that the latter will erase all user data. Kindly comment below if you have any further necessary assistance. Also reconsider reloading it firmware from here http://saroms.co.za/product/zte-switch-x1-firmwarerom/
