My sassa grant money was gone wht must i do

Hi help me please,please help!!! I wnt 2 pay on the 1st march but i got no money my sassa account was R0.00 so i got no money and my feb deduction frm my Sassa account show {R1386.00 D*EPE DEBIT} what does it mean and how can i get my sassa grant money back please really i need ur help...

Hi' Please contact (CPS) toll-free number at 0800 600 160 to request a statement or ask them if a debit was made and who made it, how you can stop it or reverse the money if possible. You may also visit your SASSA local branch for further assistance.

  • You SASSA PIN is your secret' Never show it to anyone.
  • Never give anyone the last 4 digit of your SASSA card number and your ID number.
  • Only Moneyline Financial Services (Pty) Ltd can loan SASSA beneficiaries, Moneyline is the only accredited financial service provider allowed by NET 1 for loans. Even them are not allowed to deduct more than 10 percent of the value of your social grant amount per month.
  • Do not borrow money from any micro loan companies using your SASSA account.
