Hi. Unfortunately, if you have no 'Yes' options, then Mobicel will be able to assist with the issue. You can email their support center at support@mobicell.co.za or take the phone to your local phone repairs shop. The latter should be cheaper than taking it Mobicel unless if you are still under their one warranty.
