Hi. Assuming this is a Vodafone Protect Pin issue, if yes, then: first try and follow the reset tutorial here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4644/Reset-Vodafone-Protect-Pin-Online-South-Africa - if you are unsuccessful, then you may need to perform a factory reset which will clear the Vodafone Protect app together with all user data and apps. For a SIM PIN, you will need to enter an incorrect one until you are requested for a PUK. For a screen lock, you will need to factory reset the LG G2 still.

Factory reset

  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button.
  3. When the LG logo is displayed release the Power button only then immediately press and hold the Power button again.
  4. Release both buttons when the Factory data reset screen displays.
  5. From the Factory data reset screen, select Yes.
  6. Note Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
  7. Select Yes to start.
  8. Note Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
