After I provided all the info they asked and just when I waited for the amount to pop up it shows restricted portal

Hey Yumna, can you advise if you managed to go past the stage that requires monthly expenses. Also, did you also receive any application status like 'Approved' etc? This error is common and must simply be a system glitch on the company's end.

No I did not go to the monthly expenses pArt nor did I get Approved help me please

4 Is the last step where I put in my pin and then they show me restricted acces

Thanks for the reply. This is evidently a system glitch from Moneyline's end. I will therefore suggest you either phone 0801 11 18 80 or visit your nearest SASSA offices (as you can also apply from there).

Now I can't go past the I'd pArt if I reply with my I'd numbr then it just show win &terms sumthing why

The same has been noticed from other SASSA beneficiary's account. It could be that thet took the service down for maintenance. It could also be another system glitch.
