Please go to Settings=apps, slide to all apps, scroll down to open "Camera" and then touch the "Clear cache" button and "Clear data". This should fix the camera. If still unresolved please back up your data and hard reset your phone as per instructions on this link http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1537/Hard-Reset-Mobicel-Matrix.
