Hey, the *130*3737*1# service seems to be currently offline. Leaving you with the option of visiting one of Moneyline's offices in person for a paper form based application. This includes your local SASSA offices. Let us know should you need further help.

Do also note that this code does not work on Telkom mobile network, it gives "unknown request" when dialing it. JUST INCASE YOU ARE TELKOM NETWORK.
