Hi. No sound at all most of all? If you can, remove the battery and then (with the Dixon still connected to the computer via USB), install the battery and listen for any sound coming from your "computer speakers" not the phone. You have W360, W5100 or a different Dixon Smartphone?

OK I am looking at the hardware makeup of the W460 and mean to comment in details shortly. You say the backlight (whitescreen) only comes on when you attempt to turn it on?

I see there are two or at least more than one Dixon W460 variations (like W460D or W460Q). Do you by by any chance know the which W460 you have on hand?

I had a phone with a similar problem but this one started this during USB data transfer, the phone screen went white, either firmware flashing could fix  so it was clearly that something somewhere in the board went dead. I suggest you visit a local phone repairshop for service assistance since you have ruined your warranty coverage.

Sadly, I didn't note all details. But it only but says W460.
At first, after successfully flashing the ROM, I tried to turn it on and only the back flash light came on.
The screen was only blinking dimly and never booted.
Are you sure it could be hardware problem?
Because I only powered it up and when it failed, I tried to flash it again and thats when it stopped being detected at all.
At first, I suspected the cable and Tested it on my AG Go tablet, that I successfully rooted and flashed ROM last time, it work well.
Hence, am really wondering.... is there any method I can rest it manually?

Hi. Flashing an incompatible ROM will normally either soft brick or hard brick the device it is flashed onto (very common on MTK powered hardware).  A soft bricked Android will still be detectable by a computer but will not boot. A hard bricked Android hardware will neither boot nor get detectable and normally requires special equipment to resurect. I mean to update my comment with some of your options if any.
