Hi, I have a an AG Chrome Ultra. I have two cell c sim cards. When both of them or one of them are in the phone it goes to no service, did a sim swap  and the problem persists. I put my dad's cell c sim in and it works 100% but when I put one of my sims in with my dads sim then both sims goes to no service. I switched the sim between sim slots multiple times. Both my sims work in another phone. Can anyone help??

Hello
That does not sound right at all' at first I'll suggest that your SIM cards are not registered with RICA. Secondly: that your SIM swap was not successful. Can you receive or make phone calls if the no service SIM card is inserted in another phone? Please comment below. If your father's SIM card is working 100% in your AG Chrome ultra, then the problem lies in the cards.

Sounds like you have a bad SIM slot. Visit your local phone repair shop or take it back your retailer to claim your warranty.
