Hello. This will indicate:

  1. A low battery - ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Also ensure that goldish metal battery contact (both on the phone and on the battery) are clean. Try another battery if you can.
  2. Or a corrupted firmware or main software. We may be able to assist further with this one if you have access to a computer. Let us know.
  3. Or a hardware or electronic failure. You will need to check with your local phone repairs shops or contact Mobicel directly at support@mobicell.co.za to avail further
