Hi. We will need the following to be able to best assist
The PIN (SIM PIM, screen lock or Vodafone Protrect)
Model number as seen on the white sticker under the battery
The brand or manufacturer name of the phone
Kindly comment with these below and we'll try and assist further.

For SIM pin please contact your network service provider.
For screen lock pin please comment your phone model number below.
For Vodafone pin please follow the instructions on this link http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4644/Reset-Vodafone-Protect-Pin-Online-South-Africa
