Hey Ruan, can you advise as to what may have happen prior to this white screen issue. Incidents like falling, water, etc. This may also indicate that the LCD has failed electronically. Carborn or dirt present along the LCD-to-PCB may aslo cause this. You may not have too much DIY options but to take it to a phone repairs shop or back to your retailer if it is still under it 12 months warranty. Also consider a firmware reload. Either the screen is broken or a corrupted firmware.
See firmware solution here See if you can access the recovery mode by turning the phone off, press and hold the power button and volume down at the same time. If you can not access the recover mode the screen or main board might be defected visit your local phone repair shop if your are out warranty.
