Hi. Hi' If you have access to a computer, contact us from here http://roms.satechhelp.co.za/contactus/ and we should be able to help with the reset for R50 donation. Otherwise, take it to your nearest phone repairs shop and they should be able to reset that for you.
EDIT: This means that the VF696 had FRP (Factory Reset Protection) activated prior to the reset. You need to first ensure that your installed SIM card has active data or you are connected to a WiFi network to be able to login with the email address that it was synced with prior to the reset. Other than that, you will need to take it to a Vodashop :(
