Hi. The key must have sadly failed electronically, leaving you with three options

  1. Have the keyboard replaced
  2. Purchase and use an external USB keyboard
  3. Download and use a Windows program called Sharpkeys to remap the Spacebar to some other key like the Right Shift. The 'SharpKeys' program will work on Win XP, Vista, 7,8 (and should work on Win 10). Download and install it> Launch it> click Add > click Type key on the left> click the right shift (on any other key you wish use as the Spacebar)> click OK > click Type key on the right> bring your onscreen keyboard from Accessibility> click the Spacebar key> click OK> click Write to registry> click OK> reboot your computer.
