Hey Hopie. Were you hard resetting the Mobicel Retro to factory defaults. What was the behavior that lean you to hard reset the phone in the first place? I ask because the behavior may have been an indication of a corrupt firmware or main software - which if it were, then the firmware will have to be reloaded to correct the issue(s).
