dual SIM, no apps on my cell seem to work I cant even sign into my existing gmail acc

Hello Sharleen

Please do this.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Date and time.
  3. Turn off  "Automatic date and time" then manually set date and time.
  4. When done turn on automatic date and time .
  5. Turn on data connections and restart your phone by pressing the power button for 10 seconds.

i did what the instructions said i must do, but it still says the same thing.
