HOW DO I FIND COPIED MUSIC ON MY MOBICELL CHERRY 4.4.2

hi i have a mobicel cherry 4.4.2 i copied music from my lap top onto the cherry i was told to go to my file manager look for MUSIC  to play when i do this i receive the message that COULD'NT PLAY THE TRACK YOU REQUESTED?  please advise how where i go to so i can listen to my music

Hello

Go to Manu, File manager, touch the search icon top right of your phone screen and type the name of a song that you remember coping. Your music might take time to appear on the phone's media player unless you restart/reboot the phone.

Couldn't play the track you requested: You get this error message if you are trying to play an unsupported audio file. Try MP3 or wav.
