Hey Lillian, where is the tablet at the moment? With you, at the retailers or already at one of Mobicel's service workshops? Unfortunately, companies are worse when it comes to after-sale service. One reported about 3 months with a Verssed tablet turned in for service. Making it far better to try third party phone repairs shops first.

how did the Tab switch off? on charger? on battery empty? or it just cutted-off while you where using it with power?
