can you use Fnb ewalet and send money to someone who use standard bank but using his cellphone numbers? how will he withdrew that money

Hi. The eWallet money receiver does not even have to have an account with any bank. Funds sent via eWallet arrives at a virtual account that FNB auto-created entirely based on the receiver's cell number. These funds are therefore managed from the the receiver's cell phone and it can only be withdrawed strictly on fellow FNB ATMs.

Ewallet can not be withdrawn at any other ATM except FNB ATM

1. Dial *130*321#
2. Select Send Money
3. Select the account you want to send money from
4. Key in the cellphone number you want to send money to
5. Enter the amount you want to send
6. Confirm that all is correct (make sure you entered the right cellphone number).

Method 2

1. Log into Online Banking
2. Go to the Payments tab
3. Click Once off Payment
4. Enter the cellphone number and amount you want to send
5. Choose the account you want to send money from
6. Click Send
7. Enter OTP to confirm the transaction

The person can withdraw the money at any FNB ATM.
