Hey Zukcy, go to Settings > More... (under Wireless and mobile networks) > ... make sure 'Data enable' is checked or active. Let us know should the issue persist in spite enabled data connection. The last time we dealt with this issue on one Mobicel Cherry, performing a factory reset is what finally worked when all other attempts were to no avail. But resetting the APN to factory defaults was never tried and may possibly help/work. So do: Settings > More... > Mobile Networks > Option/Menu (the 3 dotted soft button) > Reset to default > then press and hold the Power button until the tablet shuts off and restart. If that does not work, then you will need to backup what you can and reset the tablet factory defaults. Resetting is: Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset tablet...

Understood. Are you able to check your balance or make a phone call from the same SIM you are connecting with? Have you tried a reboot/restart. It may be necessary to reset the APN to factory default if the issue persist.

Yes I'm able to make a phone call, check balance and set other mtn services except for internet and installing apps. I restarted it but still no results. I called mtn several times, they promised to send me the settings because they can also identify that my phone doesn't support the settings yet I haven't receive any.

Hi. I backup & reset my phone but it just searches for the wi-fi network connection for the whole day but doesn't connect at all. When I try another sim card it just gets worse. Tnx

Software Reloading

We offer software reloading to both smart phones, tablets and selected feature phone with corrupted firmware (freezing or hanging on the logo or malfunctions during use - or if infected by virus, malware or adware), forgotten security credentials like Privacy Protection Password, Last synced Google Account and Lock codes.
