I already have Nokia care suite but the PC can't detect the phone l had that l can actually flash it using phoenix ,thanks for your help let me try again wwith best and Nokia care suite

Oh ya. There is another older version of Nokia Care Suite sized at about 230MB (instead of the one that is about 130MB) which come with necessary dependencies. After installing that, then you can safely upgrade it using the newer setup - then detection should be seamless. Phoenix does not support the Lumia RMs if I am not mistaken.

I have tried it this morning its saying phone in flash mode and and not supported there is an x on the phone ,when l try the volume down and power it doesn't respond or put an exclamation mark dude,it must have tried to be upgrade because it turns on with the Nokia logo jus on top of the the screen it would be having a red background  l think l should give back the client his fon

Understood. Well if the behavior received is owing to a  hardware failure, no software hack can correct it :( If you are certain that you have a well set Nokia Care Suite with relevant USB drivers, but still gets no go, then it yes may be a hardware fault.
