okay l m back again with loads of mysterious questions a customer came to my shop with a lumnia 530 nhand it had too many attempts on it so l tried the hard reset of the device but it didnt fully respond when l bootef the fon in recovery mode it showed the exclamation mark and when l pressed the volume down botton it imidieatly switched off and on again  here i what l did 1 ; volume down + power 2 : pressed volume up then all of a sudden the Lumnia is off and  l dont know whats fishing

I suggest you put it on charger and follow the instructions below while connected.

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button, while holding Volume Down, press and hold the Power button. 
3. Release Power when the phone vibrates but continue to hold "Volume Down".
4. Release the Volume Down button when a big exclamation mark appears.
5. Enter the following buttons according to the order below Please note that nothing will change on the screen when pressing the these buttons
   > Press the "Volume Up button".
   > Press the "Volume Down button".
   > Press the "Power button".
   > Press the "Volume Down button".
6. The phone should reset after this.

Lumnia 530 you say? So this is an Android device and not the Windows Phone 530 'Lumia' by Nokia/Microsoft. What happens when you short press the power button at the exclamation screen? The answer provided by my collegue assumed that this is the Windows Phone called Microsoft/Nokia Lumia 530
