Hi. Do the following, navigate to Settings > Apps > All > Play Store > Clear data > ... then restart the Vodafone Smart Kicka (VF685) and retry the download after. Let us know if you still have issues and we will help you wipe the entire phone's cache partition. Otherwise, do ensure that you internet browser is functional as this could be a universal connection issue.
